Log view
- Acronis Disk Director allows users to view its working logs. Logs provide information about opertaions results, including failure reasons if any.
To view logs click on the Show log in the toolbar or select it from the Tools menu.
The log browsing window contains two panels: the left one features the log list, while the right one - selected log contents.
How to:
• Save log entry to file. Select the log entry and click on the Save log entry to file. Then select destination folder and click OK to save log entry.
• Delete the selected log entry. Select the log entry and click the Delete the selected log entry button.
• Delete all log entries. Click the Delete all log entries button.
The right window features the list of steps contained in the selected log. You can flexibly setup list parameters to display only messages of particular type, particular columns, or select sorting order.
Three buttons to the left are control message filters:
• the white cross in the red circle filters error messages
• the exclamation sign in a yellow triangle filters warnings
• the "i" in the blue circle filters information messages
To sort messages by a particular column, click its header (click again to reverse order) or the Arrange Icons by button (the second from the right) and select the desired column.
You can also change column width by dragging their borders with mouse.
